Imagine an elegant, relaxed setting adorned with natural materials and bathed in soft, gentle light filtered through bay windows. This warm, cosy environment is home to Cent33, a new restaurant owned by Fabien Beaufour and his wife Émilie, which opened in Bordeaux on the 29th of January.

After spending several years working abroad in the kitchens of prestigious gastronomic restaurants (in Switzerland, in New York at Eleven Madison Park, and in Great Britain), this young, talented chef decided to settle in Bordeaux and invite us to discover his cuisine, centred around the new sharing concept, first coined in the United States, which encourages customers to share.

This restaurant opening was made possible thanks to a grant* Fabien Beaufour was awarded by Gault & Millau in June 2018, alongside eleven other up-and-coming chefs selected by the famous restaurant guide.
As sponsors of this Gault & Millau award for the past few years, Vignobles André Lurton had the pleasure of previewing this fine establishment, located in the Chartrons district at 133, rue du Jardin Public.
The relaxed, convivial setting is the ideal place for sharing fun cuisine, served by friendly and welcoming staff.
