Château Bonnet Réserve White
Château Bonnet Réserve is made from selected plots of just a few hectares from among the estate's 120 hectares. This white wine is produced sustainably from Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon grapes.

Temperatures were much higher than average from February to June, with much less rainfall than usual. There were already signs of drought at the end of Spring.

Appearance
Very pale with green highlights.
Nose
The bouquet of this 2011 is as elegant as the 2010, with nuances of white flowers such as acacia blossom, as well as overtones of passion fruit.
Mouth
Full-bodied and suave on the palate with a delicate hint of vanilla due to fermentation in barrel.
Ratings and reviews
Perfectly balanced with a nose of rich, ripe fruit and understated oak. Full-bodied on the palate as well as very aromatic, vigorous, and with a long, fresh aftertaste.
