Château Bonnet Réserve White

Château Bonnet Réserve is made from selected plots of just a few hectares from among the estate's 120 hectares. This white wine is produced sustainably from Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon grapes.

Chateau : Château Bonnet
label château Bonnet réserve 2012 white
Appellation : Entre-deux-Mers

Wine style

Tender and Aromatic

Grape blend

Sauvignon 65% / Sémillon 35%.

Weather

Spring was very trying, with considerable rainfall leading to fungal diseases of all sorts. This called for very close attention in the vines until the 14th of July, when the weather changed durably for the better.

Tasting Comment

Appearance

Crystal-clear colour.

Nose

Complex bouquet with ripe yellow fruit salad aromas (peach and nectarine).

Mouth

The sensation of ripe fruit follows through on the palate. This Entre-Deux-Mers has a remarkable texture. Rich and concentrated, it nevertheless shows considerable freshness, which accounts for the long, lively aftertaste.
