Château Bonnet Réserve is made from selected plots of just a few hectares from among the estate's 120 hectares. This white wine is produced sustainably from Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon grapes.

Weather
Winter and spring were very mild, but the summer of 2014 did not live up to our expectations: it rained heavily in July, and August was much cooler than usual. However, starting in September, a miraculous Indian summer with high temperatures, was very favourable to ripening.

Appearance
2014 white Château Bonnet Réserve has an attractive, very pale straw-yellow colour with silver highlights that emphasise the wine's brilliance and clarity.
Nose
Lively, elegant bouquet with great finesse. Lemony overtones with a touch of vanilla and white flowers (acacia blossom).
Mouth
The wine starts off quite smooth on the palate. It is full-bodied and velvety with great balance, as well as hints of vanilla and juicy pear flavours. Beautifully long aftertaste. Ideal with fish and soft-ripened cheeses.
