Weather
The main features this year were humidity and cold. There were heavy rains in April and May (during the vegetative cycle) and a cool summer, especially in June and August. Warm, dry weather in September enhanced ripening.

Appearance
Deep, bright garnet.
Nose
Spicy vanilla notes on the nose from the oak are dominant now, but there are already fine fruit tones which will intensify with aging.
Mouth
The full body shows the excellent quality of this vintage in Bordeaux, showing structure and opulence, while its astonishing balance indicates perfectly ripe tannins at harvest, whose licorice character adds elegance and complexity, and a persistent finish. Drink with red meat, grilled or casseroled.

This has maintained its beautiful crimson rim, showing a young wine that has a long life ahead. From the Andre Lurton stable, there is a bite of extraction, but well layered with vanilla and mocha. An equal blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, this is modern in style, but very appealing.
A beautifully exuberant and refined cuvée with an exquisitely well-defined and pure bouquet showing hints of fruit and violets. Fresh and soft on the palate with elegant tannin and good oak. A joyto drink as of now ! 2010-2015.
