Weather
Winter and spring were very mild, but the summer of 2014 did not live up to our expectations: it rained heavily in July, and August was much cooler than usual. However, starting in September, a miraculous Indian summer with high temperatures, was very favourable to ripening.

Appearance
his attractively-coloured rosé is very much a "wine of the times". It is very pale and clear, with brilliant, almost silvery, highlights. A truly successful wine!
Nose
Its charming bouquet is bursting with freshness and aroma, offering a full palette of floral, red-berry fruit, and citrus nuances.
Mouth
Its pleasant liveliness on the palate leads into a long, complex aftertaste. It is best served chilled, as an aperitif, and makes a delightful accompaniment to mixed salads and paella. It is perfect with Dublin bay prawns and ginger.
