Tasting Comment

Appearance

Clear appearance, a pale yellow colour dotted with green reflections.

Nose

Full of freshness on the nose, with notes of citrus, lemon...

Mouth

Well balanced, with roundness and smoothness, not forgetting an attractive freshness. More floral notes are added to the citrus aromas already perceived on the nose. The long finish is also very fresh, marked with a hint of salinity. Château Coucheroy 2019 can be enjoyed with a flan of green asparagus, grilled langoustines or Saltimbocca alla Romana.
