Château Goumin White

Located on a slope facing due south, Château Goumin has a splendid terroir. The vines grow on clay-limestone soil to produce very delicate dry white Entre-Deux-Mers that stand out thanks to their smoothness and finesse.

Weather

Temperatures were much higher than average from February to June, with much less rainfall than usual. There were already signs of drought at the end of Spring.

Appearance

Brilliant straw-yellow colour.

Nose

Consisting mostly of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon, this wine features an intense floral nose with fruity overtones (especially citrus).

Mouth

Full-bodied on the palate with a pleasantly fresh aftertaste that has locked in the young, fresh fruit.
