Tasting Comment

Appearance

Crystal clear, Goumin 2019 is a pale yellow colour, enhanced by silvery green reflections.

Nose

Intense and generous, the nose reveals delicate aromas of white fruit, pear and also citrus.

Mouth

Clean attack. Very pleasant roundness and volume on the mid-palate. The good length on the finish comes from its great freshness. White fruit aromas add an extra touch, full of indulgence. Goumin 2019 can be enjoyed with oysters, avocado and smoked trout verrines or fish en papillote.
