Located on a slope facing due south, Château Goumin has a splendid terroir. Grown on clay-limestone soil, the vines produce red wines with the Bordeaux appellation. These are pleasant and have a velvety texture. Then can be enjoyed young, but also age very well.

While January and February were colder than average, 2009 was nevertheless a warm year (one of the warmest in a century). There was a great deal of sunshine and a remarkable drought during the summer months.
Purple colour fringed of violet announces an nice tasting.
Fruity, elegant tanin, this bottle is the perfect illustration of the success in Bordeaux in 2009.
This wine well-balanced and ready to serve will be good with mixed salads or a nice rib steak. The finale is gourmet and pleasant.
