Weather
Spring was very trying, with considerable rainfall leading to fungal diseases of all sorts. This called for very close attention in the vines until the 14th of July, when the weather changed durably for the better.

Appearance
The beautiful dark red colour is very inviting.
Nose
The exuberant bouquet reveals concentrated red fruit aromas.
Mouth
This wine is full-bodied and quite vinous on the palate, with an attractive freshness as well as a slight mineral touch and smokiness typical of the terroir. The smooth tannin makes it a joy to drink now with salads, pork, beef, etc.
