Château Tour de Bonnet Rosé

Home > Our Wines > Our wines > Château Tour de Bonnet Rosé

Château Tour de Bonnet exists in white, rosé and red versions. This wine was created to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the construction of a belvedere by André Lurton's grandfather, Léonce Récapet. The rosé has a bouquet with floral nuances as well as a velvety texture on the palate with just the right amount of freshness on the aftertaste. Very long, pleasant finish.

Tasting Comment

Appareance

Very pale-pink colour shot through with occasional brilliant, slightly bluish highlights.

Nose

This wine is made from a 50/50 blend of Merlot (harvested very early) and Cabernet Sauvignon, which accounts for the bouquet's unique aromatic profile, marked by delicious red fruit and citrus notes.

Mouth

Smoothness, roundness, and fruitiness are the keywords for this immensely pleasurable wine! The palate is crisp and appetising, finished off with a long, lively and well-defined aftertaste. This wine is best served as an aperitif with friends or as an accompaniment to pizza, stuffed tomatoes, or chicken.
