Château Tour de Bonnet exists in white, rosé and red versions. This wine was created to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the construction of a belvedere by André Lurton's grandfather, Léonce Récapet. The rosé has a bouquet with floral nuances as well as a velvety texture on the palate with just the right amount of freshness on the aftertaste. Very long, pleasant finish.
Elegant and Fruity
Merlot 50% / Cabernet Sauvignon 50%.
Spring was very trying, with considerable rainfall leading to fungal diseases of all sorts. This called for very close attention in the vines until the 14th of July, when the weather changed durably for the better.
Brilliant, slightly salmon-coloured rosé.
The aromas are reminiscent of stone fruit and spring flowers (hawthorn blossoms). Very complex.
An immediate impression of finesse and elegance. Everything is in a balance here and there is a delicate roundness. Well-defined and long-lasting fruity flavours. The taste develops gently and gracefully on the palate. An ideal partner for grilled sea bream or red mullet with sweet peppers.
