Our «Caractères André Lurton» is a range of wines carefully created from appellations outside our own vineyards. Benefiting from our winemaking and oenological expertise, it was born from our desire to offer our customers a complete range of Bordeaux wines.

2015 was the third warmest year since 1900... Drought conditions, above-average monthly temperatures and sunshine (in the first half of the year), cool nights and hot weather in August accompanying véraison (colour change) were all ideal for the vines!
Tasting Comment
Appareance
This Cuvée Initiales has a lovely, very intense ruby colour with attractive garnet highlights.
Nose
There is an explosion of fresh red fruit aromas when the wine is swirled in the glass.
Mouth
The wine is smooth and soft on the palate from the very first, and perfectly balanced by elegant tannin. The overall harmony is charming, and the wine is enjoyable as of now. Best enjoyed with red meats or a saddle of milk-fed lamb.
