L de La Louvière White

Château La Louvière's second wine, L de La Louvière, is made with the same care and attention as its older brother. This wine is immensely attractive thanks to its roundness and fruitiness. It is produced according to traditional methods with a few modern touches in a prestigious location where art reigns alongside winegrowing.

2014 L de La Louvière white label
Appellation : Pessac-Léognan

Wine style

Fresh and Fruity

Grape blend

100% Sauvignon Blanc

Weather

Tasting Comment

Appareance

2014 L de La Louvière is crystal-clear, with an attractive yellow colour and green highlights.

Nose

Discreetly fruity and slightly tangy, with a hint of grapefruit.

Mouth

Attractively rich and powerful and quite fine on the middle palate. The aftertaste is vivacious and refreshing with hints of citrus (grapefruit). Like the grand vin, Château La Louvière, this is strongly marked by Sauvignon Blanc. It goes beautifully with white meats and fish dishes.

Consumption period

2015 - 2025
