Rosé de Bonnet Rosé

Home > Our Wines > Our wines > Rosé de Bonnet Rosé

With its freshness and notes of currant and raspberry from a short maceration before pressing, it is the wine of all meals. Just fresh, with surprising length, it is a real value.

label of 2017 Rosé de Bonnet
Appellation : Bordeaux

Weather

The 2017 vintage was one of the earliest on record. The growing season was marked by a dry winter and spring (46% less rainfall than usual), accompanied by temperatures 2°C above average (except for the frost in April). This dry summer weather was ideal for ripening the seeds until late August

The attractive nose features floral (white flower) overtones, as well as red fruit nuances.

This fine bouquet is followed by lovely, complex, fruity flavours on the palate and a long aftertaste. This wine partners well with fish and salads.
